 Business hours:

From 9:00am to 12:00pm, to turn in applications and from 1:00pm to 4:00pm for document pick-up. To reduce waiting time, please schedule an appointment.  Appointments are not required for tourist and business visas for American citizens.

For clients without an appointment, tickets are given beginning at 9:00am. The number of tickets is limited according to volume of work.
